Gas room heaters evolved with piezo and auto-ignition technology, along with imported Ranai ceramic hot plates and an auto-pilot option.
1997 — Expanding Across Pakistan
A structured distribution network was established across Punjab, marking an important step in expanding the brand's reach and accessibility.
1998 — Building Manufacturing Excellence
The company strengthened its manufacturing capabilities with sheet fabrication and in-house powder coating, while introducing professional cooking ranges to its growing appliance portfolio.
2000 — A New Brand Era
The first major brand refresh introduced a renewed visual identity aligned with a modern, quality-driven gas-appliance era. The product portfolio also expanded into water coolers and instant gas water heaters.
2001 — R&D and Product Development
An in-house R&D department was established, supporting continued product development and engineering innovation. Manufacturing capabilities also expanded into die-casting and other technologies.
2005 — Expanding the Appliance Portfolio
The company expanded into built-in kitchen appliances, including gas ovens, hobs, and kitchen hoods, while strengthening its dealer network across major cities and markets in Punjab.
2006 — Safety & Innovation
New developments included auto-safety and auto-ignition gas ovens, cooking timers, and advanced built-in hobs with double-action gas valves and auto ignition.
2008 — Growing Beyond Punjab
The distribution network expanded into Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), while new innovations included professional kitchen hoods, smoke-sensing technology, and advanced gas water-heating systems.
2009 — Nationwide Expansion
The company expanded into Sindh, continuing its broader nationwide distribution growth while introducing high-performance electric-and-gas cooking ranges.

New appliance solutions included the Sun Heater, developed with features such as wide-angle oscillation, infrared heating, and remote control.
2015 — A New Chapter
Following the passing of Malik Tahir Mehmood, leadership transitioned to Malik Ahmad Tahir and Khawar Tahir, beginning a new chapter in the company's evolution.
The company also expanded its capabilities with the establishment of a cylinder department and continued the development of its nationwide presence.
2016 — The NG Identity
The company transitioned from National Aviation Services to North Appliances Services and officially rebranded as NG, marking a significant step in its corporate and brand evolution.

The company introduced built-in electric and gas ovens, fully electric built-in ovens, and continued its expansion in laundry appliances.
2020 — Next-Generation Laundry
The portfolio expanded with twin washing machines and dryers, while manufacturing capabilities grew with thermopore production.
2021 — Technology & Manufacturing Growth
The company expanded into built-in microwave ovens while strengthening manufacturing through molding and CNC capabilities.

New semi-electric water-heating technology introduced features including whirl-flow technology, blue glass-lined tanks, and EP filling insulation.

The company continued developing electric water-heating technology with watt-controlled fully electric geysers, offering 800W, 1200W, and 2000W settings.
